Job Description:

We are recruiting for a great The Administrative Process Specialist (APS) will work across the spectrum of administrative responsibilities with a special focus on process improvements. The APS will refine and streamline our firm's processes and procedures, allowing us to identify best practices and standardize them across the firm. Particularly, the APS will focus on identifying and codifying those processes that allow us to maximize the impact of our key software. The APS will be a seasoned administrative professional with meaningful experience leveraging industry standard software.
Typically, the administrative team is the first interaction our clients have and sets the tone for the thoughtful support and care we offer. The most important characteristics of our admin team are a passion for helping and supporting others, strong organization skills, persistence in task completion, and a love of learning.
Our administrative specialists are strong communicators with the ability to craft professional and tactful emails and letters and the capacity to explain complicated concepts simply.
Must Haves:
* Prior experience with accounting firm administration
* Experience working in CCH Axcess
* Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop
You're good at:
* Advocating and empathizing with clients and teammates
* Organizing, prioritizing, and executing
* Being results-driven and tenaciously task-oriented
* Helping others and finding solutions
Nice to Have:
* Experience with payroll and bookkeeping
* Good taste in music (our office is a fun place to work!)
Competitive pay and benefits:
* $60,000 - $70,000 salary
