Responsibilities
Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
Responsible for scheduling several interviews daily for multiple facilities
Moves candidate through Applicant Tracking system: scheduling interviews, providing offer letters, new hire document signing and onboarding
Maintaining up to date candidate progress in Excel spreadsheet
Communicating with Hiring Manager, HR manager, Recruiter and Candidate continuously
Assist in sourcing candidates through employee referrals, applicant tracking system and internet recruiting resources, etc
Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed
Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment
