Qualifications


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • The ability to communicate and interface with many corporate and employee levels

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and not lose sight of priorities

  • Organizational Relationship: Works closely with the Operations Managers, Recruiter, Human Resources and candidates,

  • Application: Proficiency in Windows applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize

  • The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus

  • Must have a great work ethic, great attitude and be results driven


Responsibilities


  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program

  • Responsible for scheduling several interviews daily for multiple facilities

  • Moves candidate through Applicant Tracking system: scheduling interviews, providing offer letters, new hire document signing and onboarding

  • Maintaining up to date candidate progress in Excel spreadsheet

  • Communicating with Hiring Manager, HR manager, Recruiter and Candidate continuously

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through employee referrals, applicant tracking system and internet recruiting resources, etc

  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed

  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization

  • Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
