Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for the role of Contractor, Global Development Project Management. This role involves providing project management, project implementation, and change management support for non-drug/study projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and project teams, leading projects to completion and acting as a liaison for various Global Development initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Provide project oversight and management for departmental operations, strategic initiatives, technology/system changes, process improvements, and organizational design. - Develop and manage project plans, decision and action logs, status updates, and escalate risks and issues to key business stakeholders. - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions for project planning and execution. - Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring clarity of scope and objectives. - Oversee vendors or consultants providing services directly to projects. - Support the management of the Project Management Office (PMO). - Contribute to efforts to increase the organization's capabilities in project oversight, execution, change management, and project/initiative communications. - Manage and track project timelines, resources, and deliverables. - Research and incorporate industry best practices and guidance from external resources.
Key Skills and Requirements: - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously gained by 8+ years work experience in project management, change management - Experience in contributing or leading cross-functional strategic change initiatives. - Strong cross-functional team leadership skills. - Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Understanding of the drug development process. - Excellent communication skills (written/verbal). - Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, as well as cloud-based tools such as Smartsheet and Adobe Connect. - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience.
