The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supporting CRM and Marketing Automation teams, marketing campaigns, and projects at an agency organization. They should be able to effectively liaise with executive stakeholders, various marketing teams, external partners to ensure alignment and keep projects on track.
Responsibilities
Strucutre project scopes including role responsibility, objectives, deliverables, risk mitigation and take ownership to ensure project success to delivery
Manage highly complex projects comprised of a blend of scopes surrounding email journeys, online campaigns, landing pages, emails, e-newsletters, QA-ing in third party CRM/MA ecosystem, deploying forms on existing websites, etc.
Establish standards, and own project documentation and workflow to ensure campaign success; develop project tools and templates when needed
Track and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress, analysis, key insights and deliver recommendations
Drive team momentum; Coach and support project team members across groups
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in program/project management within an advertising/marketing setting
Demonstrated competency and experience managing projects for CRM and marketing automation type service is essential.
PMP certification a plus.
Additional Project Management Institute and/or Scum Alliance certifications preferred.
Prior Project Management Platform experience preferred. Workamajig experience a plus.
