NYC-based SOSHNY Architects in Charlotte, NC office is seeking A full-time 3D Rendering Designer with min. 3 years of experience in all aspects of design and production for hospitality projects; they must be able to develop documents and details from design concepts in Revit and ACAD and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who would like to be part of exciting hospitality projects and can work independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be willing to take on responsibilities and enjoy a meaningful role in all our projects.
The ideal candidates should be motivated, self-starters and must meet the following qualifications: • Three-plus years of professional experience • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or interior • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures • Computer skills must include AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Programs • Self-motivated, energetic, proactive, flexible, and able to meet project timelines • Excellent spoken and written English skills to communicate effectively with clients and the project team • Opportunity to join a growing office with a commitment to innovative, thoughtful design
