About the Role

Our client is seeking Pioneer's, so if you are the take a walk in the woods type or have a healthy appetite for operating at the edge of possible and happen to be a Full Stack Engineer (FSE), they want to hear from you. The are seeking a highly capable and curious FSE to join they're R&D team who are laser focused on building the context-aware, domain smarts AI platform that is empowering employees to reach their highest aspirations.

As an FSE, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that leverage the latest in generative AI and ML technologies.

You will design, develop, implement, and continuously improve their end-user facing employee empowerment interfaces. Interfaces can be standalone web applications or integrated into existing popular productivity suites. You will work closely with a small team of AI researchers and internal stakeholders to fully understand end-user interface requirements, 3rd party integration requirements, and translate those into efficient frontend and backend infrastructure, enabling scalable data ingestion, cleanup, efficient AI model training / re-training pipelines that have demonstrable business metrics, and to expose those inferencing capabilities.

You will get to
  • Design, develop, and deploy context-aware AI systems using a full stack development approach.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Build scalable and efficient backend systems that integrate with various data sources and APIs
  • Implement front-end interfaces and user experiences that leverage capabilities to deliver employee empowerment through prompting, personalized and domain specific recommendations.
  • Optimize and fine-tune data pipelines for improved accuracy, performance, and scalability.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and integrity of the application by implementing best practices and following industry security standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications across various levels of the stack to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.

You will have 5+ years' experience with
  • Demonstrable experience in full stack development with strong experience in web frameworks with clear ability to work fully independently across the layers of the stack from UI, webservices, backend databases leveraging available cloud services from AWS/Azure
  • Proven experience as a full stack developer with expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#)
  • Proficiency in building and deploying scalable backend systems using modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask)
  • Solid understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Demonstrable experience working with AI/ML researchers, setting up AI/ML data pipelines using standard frameworks like Spark, Kubernetes etc., on public cloud environments.
  • Experience developing scalable APIs and services for AI/ML models for application to leverage with necessary authentication and authorization.
  • Prior Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) for model development and training is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

Bonus Points
  • Experience in developing context-aware systems, recommendation engines, or personalized user experiences leveraging AI techniques.
  • Experience developing a commercially deployed scalable full stack solution.
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)

Experience with large-scale data processing and parallel computing techniques.

  • Knowledge of various enterprise technologies used in large scale enterprises.
