Role Overview:
As the VP of Engineering, you will shape and execute the company's engineering strategy while leading a talented team of engineers. You will oversee all aspects of engineering, ensure project success, and drive technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's engineering vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and budget management.
Promote best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure technical quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of engineering leadership experience, preferably in renewable energy or related industries.
In-depth knowledge of renewable energy systems and industry-specific challenges.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and drive performance in engineering teams.
Proven project management experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
