In line with our ongoing expansion, we are currently in search of a Licensed Survey Technician to contribute to various projects spanning across New York and New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating mapping utilizing computer design and drafting survey software
Creating topographic, boundary, utility, as-built, ROW, and ALTA mapping
Conducting survey calculations, data uploading, downloading, and processing in the field
Analyzing and plotting boundary maps and descriptions
Conducting record research for boundary and utility information
Collaborating with design teams to meet demanding project schedules
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
Licensure in New York and New Jersey is mandatory
Proficiency in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings
Capability to analyze boundary evidence and survey resolutions
Proficient in Construction Layout computations and calculations
Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
