Due to significant growth projects for the business they are looking to expand their quality function with a Senior Quality Engineer.
Senior Quality Engineer - Responsibilities:
Take ownership of product and process improvement initiatives
Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with all regulators throughout the manufacturing process
Ensure all logs and records are up to date and actioned
Observe and report any analysis of trends, complaints or ideas that can be improved and escalate as necessary
Senior Quality Engineer - Requirements:
3+ years in Quality in a Medical Device or similarly regulated industry
Solid understanding of process validation
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
This role will be mostly on-site, based just outside Cambridge MA. Please ensure you are able to commute / relocate to the location before applying. Sponsorship/ H1B Transfer is a possibility for this company however there is no relocation support on offer.
