Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.


• Lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


• 
  Maintain the highest safety standards and adherence to GMP's, SQF & FDA regulations.
  


• Schedule and coordinate activities, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.


• Utilize production management software and equipment to optimize operations.


• 
  Optimize on KPI's.
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (College degree a plus)


• 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in CPG Food/Beverage production industry (baked goods experience a plus)


• Servant leadership mentality


• Experience with SQF & HACCP (certifications a plus)


• Experience working with a non-union workforce


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills


• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)


• Proficiency in JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle ERP a plus


• IR scanner gun experience


• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.


• Ability to work nights and occasional weekends
