Job Description
- Design RF transceiver building blocks including PA, LNA, Mixer, Amplifier, VCO, PLL, Baseband Filter, or VGA, mmWave phased array, etc.
- Review design specification based on system requirements.
- Communicate with baseband algorithm, RF system, device and layout teams.
- Present topology studies, design consideration, simulation and verification plan.
- Conduct lab measurement and report design-vs- silicon correlation.
Requirement
- Fresh Ph.D. graduate in the field of analog/RF circuit design with CMOS process
- Experience must include: RFIC circuit designs, device physics and modeling, transceiver design and simulation, lab measurement and impedance matching.
- Familiar with design CAD tools such as: Cadence, Keysight ADS, Matlab.
- Industry silicon experience is preferred.
