Job Title: Applications Field Engineer (Remote, 40% Travel)
Job Description: As an Applications Field Engineer, you'll support sales and provide technical solutions to clients. This remote role requires 40% travel for on-site client support, product demonstrations, and integration assistance. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, address technical issues, and ensure successful product implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
Assist in product integration and resolve technical issues on the fly.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in electro-mechanical design.
Direct industry experience with custom high-speed interconnectivity.
5 years in a client-facing role, supporting sales with technical expertise.
5 years of experience in sales/application engineering for electronic OEMs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
