We are looking for an experienced Superintendent who is able to run multiple projects and ensure the safety of our employees and the success of our projects. As a Superintendent, you will run one or more projects of 18,000 to 23,000 man hours per month and work with project managers from inception to completion. Throughout the duration of the project, you will provide technical leadership and coordination in the areas of scheduling, safety, layout, productivity, communication, material management, quality control, and project close-out.
Superintendent Qualifications and Experience Needed
Strong understanding and experience working with electrical codes
Experience with electrical installation on project sizes over $6M
Proficient scheduling, planning, and layout skills
Superior problem solving skills
Superintendent Roles and Responsibilities
Review and implement all contract documents including plans, specifications, schedules, and estimates
Review P-3 schedule logic, activities and durations for accuracy and communicate to the Project Coordinator
Ensure work is within scope of contract, project is properly staffed, and installation plan is developed
Responsible for new hires, giving warning notices, replacement of field employees as needed
Hold weekly safety meetings and communicate effectively with other personnel
