We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Duties:

- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity

- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production

- Create CAD models and schematics for process design and documentation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Utilize quantum engineering principles to analyze data and drive process improvements

- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues

- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes

- Train production personnel on new processes and equipment

- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field

- Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment

- Proficiency in CAD software for designing tooling and fixtures

- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)

- Experience with CAM programming for machining operations is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
