The Quality Manager will work with the Quality Systems Manager to oversee Quality System daily. This role will also work with Construction Managers, Chiefs, Inspectors, Field Accountants and Document Control personnel to progress Facilities Construction Quality.
Responsibilities
Work with Construction Chiefs, Managers and Field Accountants reviewing and performing Job Box Audits (Document Audits).
Review and understand Clients Specifications for Construction.
Understanding of basic Quality Tools for Non Conformance Report Resolution: Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, 8-D and/or Fishbone) and Corrective/Preventative Action.
Field Auditing (Process) with Project Inspectors.
Maintain basic understanding of Cost of Poor Quality Calculations (COPQ)
Required Qualifications
Must be prepared to travel 75%
