Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands-on execution of Lab processing steps and process recipe writing
Interacting with team members and executing integrated experiments
Material and process metrologies and characterizations
Desired Experience and Education:
BS in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical or Electrical Engineering and related fields.
Skills, strength and proven competencies:
Prior experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: photolithography, laser direct write/e-beam lithography, PVD, ALD, dry etching, wet etching, metrology.
Prior industry experience is preferred but not required.
Prior experience in working in university shared facilities is preferred but not required
*The US salary will be based on a number of factors including level and will vary depending on knowledge, skills and experience; $70,000 - $145,000. We have facilities at various locations in the Bay area. Location flexibility is desired.
