This position is a hybrid role (3x per week onsite) that will be based at our headquarters in Fremont, California. The Sr. Data Orchestration Infra Engineer will report to the Sr. Data & Analytics Manager.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do...
Develop or enhance ETL orchestration tools/frameworks.
Implement complex data pipelines, data transformation and dashboards.
Refactor and optimize existing data transformation.
Create monitoring tools to improve the quality of the data we process.
Work with other data scientists and train them to automate data tasks to make production-ready models.
Here is some of what you'll need (required)...
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or related field.
5+ years of professional experience working building scalable ETL pipelines on industry standard ETL orchestration tools (Airflow, Dragster, Luigi, etc.) with deep expertise in SQL, Python, Spark/PySpark.
Deep understanding of Data infrastructure and modern Data orchestration tools.
2+ years leading data engineering development directly with business or data science stakeholders.
Professional experience with at least one major cloud's suite of offerings (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledgeable with Data Science tools and frameworks. Understand machine learning principles (training, validation, etc.), dashboarding
Software engineering fundamentals: version control systems (i.e Git, Github) and workflows(, PRs, CI / CD systems), and ability to write production-ready code
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to conduct meetings and make professional presentations, and to explain complex concepts and technical material to non-technical users.
Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker .

Experience with feature store and MLOps , Azure ML
Experience with Timeseries Data/DB is a plus.
Knowledge of sensor data is a plus.
Salary $150,000 to $170,000
