An NYC-based high-growth startup is looking to hire a Software Engineering Manager/Director of Engineering. Currently in Stealth, this business is building a mobile-based product leveraging technology to impact income inequality. Currently a size of 4 with significant funding + aggressive growth plans - they're looking hire an impactful engineering leader to scale their technical team.
Ideal candidates will have experience building mobile-based B2C SaaS products - coming out of environments where they spend at least 50% of their time w/ hands-on coding + design. Technically, we're looking for candidates w/ a mix of React Native + full-stack TypeScript/Node/React/GraphQL/Next.JS experience. Experience scaling high-growth startups is also paramount.
Compensation to $200k base + up to 3% equity. Preference will be given to NYC-based talent, though well-qualified remote candidates will be considered.
