We are seeking a Design Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design quality, process verification, gap assessment, supplier quality, and new product development. You will be responsible for reviewing documents and ensuring that they meet our high standards. You will work with an external third party to make sure that the product development and quality assurance processes are followed correctly.
Responsibilities: • Review documents related to design quality, process verification, gap assessment, supplier quality, and new product development. • Ensure that the documents meet the company's quality standards and regulations. • Work with external third-party vendors to ensure that the product development and quality assurance processes are followed correctly. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all necessary information is included in the documents. • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field. • In-depth knowledge of design quality, process verification, Design Controls, gap assessment, supplier quality, and new product development. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Experience working with external third-party vendors is a plus.
