The new data AI & Digital team, in R&D Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), focuses on driving the R&D AI & Digital projects from idea through Proof of Concept, Pilot into Scale. We work closely with Data Science and AI, R&D and IT.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Intern to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience working on project management and wants to contribute to our pipeline of AI projects. The successful candidate will collaborate across R&D and Digital teams to the development, implementation, and optimization of AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the R&D Portfolio and Project Management AI Task Force


• Key Responsibilities include:
  
  
  • Organizing the PPM AI Task Force meetings
  
  
  • Organizing PPM AI Task Force prompts & distribution channels
  
  
  • Scoping and driving PPM AI Task Force projects.
  
  
  • Document project processes, results, and insights for stakeholders
  
  
  
  


• Engage in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Communication, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or other relevant field.


• High interest in AI


• Organized, outcome driven and looking to learn more about Project Management


• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, with a keen attention to detail.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office


• Project Management experience is a plus
