Job Description:

A rapidly growing leader in facilities services has partnered with a renowned and successful property management firm and are looking for a Resident Manager to support the overall maintenance operations of a 480 unit, 64-story ultra-luxury rental building in Lower Manhattan. This privately held facilities service provider provides integrated solutions to clients in the multifamily, education, healthcare, life science, retail, and industrial markets.


Compensation:
$135-145K + 2 bed/2 bath apartment, 401K, medical, dental, vision benefits.
