Reqs PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies/Education/Related + 3 yrs exp in rel posn such as Educational Developer, or Program Team Lead in a Teaching & Learning Cntr. 3 yrs exp to include work w/ educational development & consults w/instructors re course design/addt'l teaching & learning topics, post 2ndary student-centered teaching, support faculty pursuing teaching & learning scholarshp thru educational prgrmmng & work w/evidence-based teaching & learning practices like workshops/online resources. Reqs scholarly presentations & pubs in Educ Dvlpmnt/Teaching & Learning Methods, background check pass.
