Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operations of the adolescent residence program
- Ensures adequate staffing, interviews all potential new hires, and coordinates all staff trainings
- Coordinates admittance to program, referrals, and initial evaluations with the program psychiatrist
- Chairs all weekly and monthly meeting with internal and external members
- Provides on call coverage and must be able capable of providing emergency assistance as needed on a 24-hour cycle
- Provides supervision to all program staff and supervisors
Qualifications
- MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field
- Three years of experience in youth mental health services
- One year of supervisory and administrative experience
- LCSW or LSW preferred
- Valid New Jersey driver's license
Shift
Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
Some evenings may be required
