We are seeking a dedicated Technical Cutting Tool Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance, shaping the future of machining processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for technical support and inquiries related to our cutting tool products.
Provide both remote and on-site assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, optimize tool performance, and offer tailored solutions.
Lead training sessions on the correct usage, maintenance, and care of our cutting tool products.
Work closely with the sales team to explore opportunities for product enhancements or customizations, driven by customer feedback.
Record and analyze customer interactions in our CRM system to inform trends and engineering feedback.
Keep abreast of industry trends, machining technologies, and competitive products to ensure our market edge.

Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; relevant experience may also be considered.
Minimum of 2 years in technical support, preferably within the cutting tool industry.
Deep understanding of machining processes, tool applications, and CNC programming.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying technical details to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and customer inquiries simultaneously.
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; knowledge of specific systems is a plus.
Bilingualism in English and Spanish is beneficial

Work Environment
This position is salary and requires an on-site 40-hour work week from Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm
