Requirements: • Adherence to company protocols concerning formats and procedures during pre-show development, encompassing aspects like folder and file management, comprehensive project folder data, renderings, CADS, hotel particulars, etc. • Formulation of comprehensive and realistic budgets based on designated projects, RFPs, and set designs. • Creation or modification of CAD layouts to address varying needs or issues as they arise. • Thorough accounting of all technical expenditures, including crew travel, per diem, shipping, and labor costs. • Scheduling and coordination of local labor as required. • Management of logistics for equipment transportation, including deliveries and pickups. • Oversight of the load-in and load-out phases for all assigned projects. • Supervision of on-site crew time allocation and documentation.
Qualifications: • Proficiency in Excel, encompassing company's budgets and client-provided templates, and adeptness in working with linked cells and formulas. • Proficiency in Crestron, Symmetrix, Q-sys, NVX, EPC lighting, no Lutron needed, LED and dvLED, Novastar, Vanguard LED , Taylor LED, Planar LED, catering to indoor live entertainment venues and theme-park type clients, mixed media play back, audio consoles, rigging • Capability to offer clear and concise directives promptly. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective interactions with management, crew members, and clients. • Comfort in engaging with clients face-to-face. • Demonstrated leadership skills within a team setting. • Skillful communication on-site with the designated crew. • Effective time management abilities, ensuring adherence to deadlines. • In-depth understanding of technical equipment and its functionality. • Proficiency in devising technical show flows based on agendas supplied by clients. • Has 95% indoor Entertainment Lighting & Mixed Media, fixed installs (not live events) • Competence in conducting site visits at contracted venues or potential locations. • Availability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessitated by the role's demands.
