Our financial services compliance group needs an outstanding team member to support the development of the compliance program. We are seeking an individual who is comfortable working in collaborative environments with minimal formal structure and can adapt to changing environments with competing priorities. The ideal candidate should understand financial services products well, be naturally curious and possess effective communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and organization of a compliance program across our financial services products
Work with cross-functional teams to implement an issue management program
Assist in drafting issue management procedures
Work with issue management stakeholders to ensure issues are documented and worked to closure
Work with cross-functional teams to support change management functions
Develop change management procedures used in various groups to document existing change management processes
Requirements and Qualifications:
Familiarity with AuditBoard functions and processes
Knowledge of change management programs in banks and other financial institutions
Able to quickly understand technology-related processes
Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
Creativity to go beyond the obvious to find and deliver the best solution to the problem
