Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Required Keywords: System and (Safety or critical) and (engines or controller) and (budget or cost or CAM or "Earned Value Management" or EVM) and (DOORS or ClearCase or ClearQuest or TeamCenter)?
  • ?Technical leadership to a cross discipline, cross site team
  • Experience working within Client's system development processes for electronic controllers
  • Working knowledge of Clients requirement development tools and processes including DOORS and ClearCase/ClearQuest
  • Advanced level knowledge of APU control systems and control components
  • Create, support and enhance specific action plans
  • Promote customer relationships
  • Understand technology
  • Some experience in engineering
  • Experience in electronic assembly fabrication
  • Program management skills
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
  • Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
  • Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of systems engineering experience in support of safety critical engine controller development
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
