Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Required Keywords: System and (Safety or critical) and (engines or controller) and (budget or cost or CAM or "Earned Value Management" or EVM) and (DOORS or ClearCase or ClearQuest or TeamCenter)?
?Technical leadership to a cross discipline, cross site team
Experience working within Client's system development processes for electronic controllers
Working knowledge of Clients requirement development tools and processes including DOORS and ClearCase/ClearQuest
Advanced level knowledge of APU control systems and control components
Create, support and enhance specific action plans
Promote customer relationships
Understand technology
Some experience in engineering
Experience in electronic assembly fabrication
Program management skills
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills
Minimum of 5 years of systems engineering experience in support of safety critical engine controller development
Bachelor's degree in engineering
