SEEKING HEAD of ENGINEERING/PRODUCT FOR EARLY STAGE STARTUP: NYC/NJ
*Must be currently successful at an early stage startup being hands on and managing IoS, Android and front and back end engineers and more.
*Must have MARKETPLACE or ECOMMERCE or PROPTECH or similar tech startup experience with Mobile and Web products.
*Must be from NYC Metro area to work hybrid.
*Must be proficient in managing deadlines, budgets and more.
*My client already is successful with their platform and is seeking a Head of Engineering who already has current experience building platforms of scale - Define Architecture and blueprint for growing
*This platform already has many users and transactions.
Compensation is a Base+ Equity -My client is open for the right person
Probably Base between 250-300K ish
