We need an internal Palantir Lead/Administrator for the platform .
Managing overall Palantir support , Incident Queue , triage with TCS Support and Data Engineers. Engage with Product Managers to route to Jira backlog based on Issue category.
Tracking financials through Resource management and set up charge back to business unites for different use cases. Managing all roles , privileges , permissions & groups within the Platform.
Participating in transition of new use cases and ensuring cut-over to client and Support team.
