Must Have Skills • Strong knowledge and Proficiency in audiovisual control system • Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 11 & MS Office • Knowledge / exposure on ticketing tools (Service Now) • Experience with audio-visual conference room/presentation equipment. • Experience in installation and configuration of Evoko panels, Logitech tap IP, meeting room controller, DTEN etc. • Knowledge of Mac OS is preferred. • Knowledge of Polycom and Cisco telepresence system is an additional benefit.
Experience
Roles &Responsibilities • Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems. • Perform appearance and preventive maintenance visits to conference rooms (VC connections, wires, peripherals, speakers) • Hands-on experience in setting up Zoom meeting and extend demand based onsite support for VIP meetings. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to guide placement of speakers, transducers, and other in exhibition sound hardware to support creative intent. • Conduct site surveys and create technical drawings for AV installations • Zoom room installation and commissioning followed by Zoom Webinar support • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
