HOIST Fitness Systems, a leading manufacturer of fitness strength equipment, is seeking to hire a full-time Operations Support Specialist to assist the Operations Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Book daily inventory adjustments into great plains.
Prepare manifests and compile documents for customs clearance.
Update manifest summary and MPS based off shipping schedules.
Address the scheduling of building maintenance and ensure we have supplies on hand.
Take care of requests from inside sales regarding product availability.
Cross trained on Operations and Inventory Control Supervisor's responsibilities (other than purchasing).
Work and communicate cross-functionally with other departments.
Keep management informed of any issues.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Proactive at problem solving.
Excellent listening and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects.
Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Ability to work independently and in a group.
Customer Service background is a plus.
