Avionics systems Engineer
Responsibilities
Analyze flight data and provide troubleshooting steps for issues found during ground and flight tests aircraft
Work with the flight test, quality, and manufacturing departments for application of temporary aircraft definition changes (Special Instructions), and ensure correct and safe aircraft system functions during maintenance and testing
Report and discuss production and in-service issues with responsible quality managers, design offices, and chief engineers
Support and follow up any system design changes on aircraft in the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
Liaise with design office specialists to assess troubleshooting steps for issues with large industrial impact or focus
Work topics across all system ATAs, with a focus on Cabin Systems (ATA's 23, 25, 26, 30, 33, 35, 38, 52)
Work with MAP teams FALs to ensure a common approach to systems troubleshooting
Qualifications
US Citizen or Green card Holder Only
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or similar and/or combination of education and experience.
+2 years experiences in Aviation including Avionics systems
Knowledge of Aeronautique production processes and methods.
