Award-winning, mid-sized, national public relations agency is looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of the two Co-CEOs. Applicants should be proactive, service minded individuals with a "can do" attitude. The EA will need to be comfortable executing many responsibilities while working in a busy and ever-changing environment. This person will be privy to sensitive information and must handle with confidentiality. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding and interest of the Public Relations and/or media industry.
Responsibilities Include:
Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments; manage and maintain multiple busy calendars
Manage three Outlook inboxes, ensuring that all emails, to-dos, and LinkedIn messages are tended to in a timely manner
Create and modify PowerPoint presentations including the incorporation and formatting of charts, graphs and images
Prepare and process expense reports
Organize heavy travel arrangements as required and update executives' calendar with details and projected itineraries
Provides administrative support to other groups when time warrants, during absences, holidays etc.
Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 2 years of related experience required (experience in advertising, public relations, marketing, or branding strongly preferred)
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Microsoft and Google Suite, experience with Concur and PowerPoint a must
Extremely organized, ability to anticipate requests and be proactive
Fast learner with a willingness to grow and learn within the PR and/or Experiential industry
