Dev Recruiter, and I'm excited to be representing yet another stable, established company hire a Lead Embedded C Developer / Hands On Manager and run point on a owning and guiding a team of 5 Embedded developers. My client serves the manufacturing industry with a deep-rooted, loyal (and growing!) customer base.
***Leadership Experience, and Experience with Embedded C are both REQUIRED.
SALARY: This role is budgeted for 125k-155k salary plus a 15-20% bonus (this role also offers the potential for a small relocation package for an exceptional candidate)
LOCATION: This position is ON SITE in the Greater Syracuse/Auburn NY area.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
5+ years of professional experience in development of embedded firmware in C language.
2+ years of professional experience in embedded software management.
Working knowledge of and capability to read electrical schematics.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to influence others without direct authority and hold others accountable.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU:
Our manufacturing client in the Greater Syracuse/Auburn NY area is searching for a strong "hands on" Software Engineering Manager to lead an embedded team. The ideal candidate is someone that has led teams of 3-10 direct reports and has STRONG experience creating, building and integrating KPI's and SOP's for an embedded team.
