The Firm

-Small but exceptionally successful litigation and bankruptcy boutique firm,.

- Primarily handles high end ($3MM-$975MM) commercial litigations (plaintiff and defendant side).

-Hi-Value Contingency fee cases (wholly self-financed).

-Practice is primarily in SDNY and 2d Circuit, some pending in Commercial Division in NYS courts & CA, MA, IL,

-All files, and our accounting and billing programs are maintained and accessed remotely.

Role

-Work with Super-Successful SeniorPartner oncommercial & bankruptcy casesplaintiff and defendant..

-Assist with all phases of fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and adjudication in state and federal litigation from initial claim through judgment and appeal.

-Develop strategy for settlement negotiations on a broad range of issues as well as overriding legal strategy. Research important issues.

Requirements

-3-5+ or more years commercial litigation experience

-MUST HAVE Training at a major firm & NY Bar (Both Required).

-Be computer-savvy.

Comp

-Base $175,000-200,000 + Extremely high bonuses when the firm is successful in a contingent fee case.
