Pay Range: $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

?
  • Handle a range of duties from day to day office-wide operational activities to managing relationships, scheduling meetings, and correspondence with senior leaders and their assistants, on behalf of the core team
  • Proactive daily calendar management
  • Plan, coordinate and lead special projects and events with global and local business leadership
  • Meet and greet visitors and clients, coordinating conference rooms and logistical arrangements
  • Coordinate travel including airline reservations, hotel accommodations, car service arrangements and directions as needed
  • Process and track, invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
  • Understand Policies and Procedures and implement them in daily tasks

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills:Corporate Administrative assistant, experience not more than 5 to 6 years.
  • Must have experience working within the Financial industry.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, multitask and interact with senior management and their assistants
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum five years of corporate administrative experience
  • Outstanding skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented
  • Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent phone manner and management is a key requirement
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, and assume additional responsibilities as required
  • EXPERIENCE- Not more than 5 years of experience in an administrative role
