What You Will Accomplish Here...
Working very closely with our Sales teams, you will provide support to one or more Departments with administrative support, including but not limited to typing documents, internal and external correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and filing.
Answers e-mail correspondence, providing general information and taking messages, as needed
Answers departmental questions and directs individuals to the appropriate party, as necessary
Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information
Provides assistance with daily Department operations, as needed
Obtains and assembles information for use by the Department
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all work performed
Distributes correspondence or other documents to the Department, as needed
Handles confidential and non-routine information in a professional manner
Works independently and within a team on various projects
Coordinates meetings, which may include placing food orders, as well as set up and clean up
Performs other duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
A minimum of 1-3 years of previous experience in a related position is required;
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Location: Austin Texas
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary Range: $45K-$50K Annually
