Our client, a prestigious law-firm is looking for a temporary phone receptionist! As the first point of contact for our company, you'll handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will ensure our clients and customers receive top-notch service. If you have A+ over-the-phone hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Providing accurate information and assistance to callers
Taking detailed messages and relaying them to the appropriate person or department
Managing multiple lines and transferring calls efficiently
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
