Our client, an American multinational personal care corporation that produces mostly paper-based consumer products, is seeking to hire a Export Coordinator to join their team in Neenah, Wisconsin! In this role, you facilitate sales and customer service of spare parts and lab supplies to international customers to ensure on-time delivery of accurate orders that are in compliance with all US Export and Foreign Government Import Regulations.
*This is a 12-month contract W2 to start, with the opportunity to extend or convert*
*Onsite in Neenah, Wisconsin*
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution to order inquiries and various questions or issues
Utilize SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information obtained from Procurement, vendors and other sources
Ensure all required export documents are complete and accurate, as well as, correctly and timely transmitted to appropriate parties
Work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse team and carriers to complete and schedule shipments according to delivery date requirements
Qualifications
Must have SAP experience
Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and SharePoint
Strong interpersonal and communications skills in both verbal and written format
Demonstrated problem solving capabilities
Ability to work accurately and independently in fast paced environment while meeting established metrics
Experience with exporting goods is highly desirable
