Currently, we are seeking a driven Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team, focusing on business development with a national account emphasis. We currently oversee seventeen national accounts in the healthcare, office and industrial spaces totaling over $1.3B in rent obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the commercial real estate market, with a specific emphasis on national accounts.
Forge and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to address client needs and achieve business objectives.
Negotiate and execute deals with precision and efficiency, utilizing technology to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in commercial real estate brokerage, with a focus on business development and national accounts preferred.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to adapt to evolving technologies and market dynamics.
