Seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to join our team! The person is responsible for handling inbound
calls/emails, building rapport with clients and business partners, and determining the immediate
needs of both as well. We are seeking a high-energy, motivated, ethical, team player who is

Responsibilities: • Assist new clients through the information intake process and scheduling consultations with
their respective loan officer. • Manage 40-50 leads per month • Ability to review and understand loan application, documentation and AUS findings
necessary for pre-approval. • Manage CRM to include maintaining notes in the client record, effectively working follow-up
tasks and ensuring data relating to communications and the status of leads is accurately
documented • Follow up via phone, text and email with clients and established business partners
to ensure complete information on file, request outstanding document needs, and schedule
consultations and/or meet-ups. • Assist with various marketing efforts: gifting, client/VIP events, communication campaigns.
