SNI has partnered with a Prestigious organization in Dallas in their search for a Manager over Strategy and Performance Analytics. It's a diverse role focusing on Real Estate performance. You will oversee the KPI, trends, reporting, Ops, and some FP&A Aspects.
The ideal candidate possesses 5+ Years of Finance or Consulting experience, Real Estate (ideally in an Operations capacity), strong analytical / modeling skills, reporting and technical acumen, and desire and ability to partner with Executives. You will work with many functions (IT, Accounting, Finance) to sharpen the current reporting processes.
