We are looking for a temp to permanent Accounts Receivable Specialist with extraordinary attention to details, impeccable follow-up skills and ability to multi-task. In this role you will be working with our Accountant and COO to manage all aspects of our finances. This is a great opportunity to join a rapid growing team with incredible options of growth. We welcome people from all different backgrounds, experience in the wellness industry is great but not required-if you are EXTREMELY organized and can jump in and learn quickly we will be happy to have you.
Responsibilities
Process and record incoming payments from clients accurately and efficiently
Verify discrepancies and resolve any billing issues or disputes
Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner
Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing or payment-related inquiries
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
