Position Summary:
The Manager will join the Finance & Strategic Analytics Team and will lead the development and execution of our enterprise reporting, analytics, and process automation strategy.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Enterprise Data Management team on data quality and data field development initiatives.
Define and execute enterprise Power BI reporting strategy (dashboard design, data modeling, user adoption initiatives).
Enhance data 'self-service' capabilities across the organization.
Implement reporting automation processes to streamline data extraction, transformation, and dissemination.
Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI techniques to forecast business results and derive actionable insights from large, complex data sets.
Partner cross-functionally to identify, prioritize, and implement analytical solutions for relevant insights and informed decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics, or related field from a US Department of Education accredited college or university
Minimum 6 years of experience in a related role, with prior experience in a managerial position
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results
Advanced competence in Coding Language (SQL, VBA, DAX, Python, etc.)
Experience performing statistical analysis using Stata or other statistical analysis software
Deep understanding of Power BI
Experience improving/automating processes
Prior success leading complex projects
Expert-level data visualization skills
Experience working with/analyzing large amounts of data
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a consumable manner
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
