Under limited supervision, this position primarily focuses on international purchase posting, making sure the correct GL coding for inventory items and maintain fixed assets are used. The right candidate will have a BS degree in Accounting/Finance or Business and 3+ years of current exp. in a manufacturing environment, and understand the concept of BOM, WIP etc. • Responsible for all international purchase related transactions to inventory and General Ledger, including enter/review vouchers and journal entries; analyze divisional gross margin and compare to history. • Perform month end closing, reconcile balance sheet for inventory, fixed assets, and related accounts as assigned. • Review and record overseas office expenses. • Perform special projects as assigned. • Computer literate, ten key by touch, Sage 100, Microsoft Word, and advanced Excel. • Bilingual Mandarin to handle overseas invoices and communications.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Sage 100 and Advanced Excel required.
Typically requires a BA in Accounting and five plus years-related experience.

Previous experience in accounting associated manufacturing business.
