ARG is partnered with a $15-20M company specializing in renewable energy service and repair sector, experiencing 80-120% annual growth (CAGR) is exploding with opportunity! The company is 4 years old and has expanded to four offices in California. They are the exclusive service partner to the major players in the renewable energy sector, and demand has exceeded supply.
This is a critical hire for the team, and will lead all things finance & accounting as they continue through the next phase of growth.
This will be an Accounting Manager which will wear multiple hats and be able to prepare full financials, run analytics, and strategically aid in planning for scalability.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and ensuring optimal efficiencies to allow for scale.
Within 12 months, this person will be building a team to support the general operational accounting functions, as this person will become the Controller.
This will report directly to leadership team, which includes a CFO, VP of Operations, and the CEO.

This role is onsite full-time, however there is complete flexibility on start/end times to avoid traffic, and even the chance of earning the teams' trust enough to get a couple days WFH, once proven after months of doing excellent work.
REQUIRED:
At least 5 years of accounting experience, 3 of which for a company in growth mode
Degree from an accredited university, however exceptions can be made for a non-degreed unicorn.
Experience hiring, training, mentoring, or leading at least one staff or accounting clerk
Excellent written and verbal communication. This role will interact with investors and executives, must speak perfect English.
PREFERRED (Not Required):
QuickBooks experience, and experience helping through an ERP system integration
