Job Description

Serve as Press Ganey executive partner for select national account(s)

Bring forward expertise from previous health system roles to support health system strategies (prior experience working in the Clinical Operations or Experience setting a plus)

Proactively elevate customer engagement strategy to foster trust, brand growth, and loyalty through multiple levels of the client's organization.

Articulate partners' points of view and create deep and long-term stakeholder connections with leaders to influence purchase decisions, increase participation, and expand impact.

Proactively develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business needs and priorities.

Bring creativity and executive oversight into the way we support clients; using problem-solving skills and past experiences to challenge thinking and innovate

Identify opportunities to drive optimizations based on the client's strategies. Present solutions and ideas based on customer insights.

Advocate on behalf of the client internally, ensuring requests and needs are being addressed.

Experienced in leveraging consultative and insightful listening skills

Is sought out by the client for guidance related to strategy, innovation, and transformation

Ability to broaden executive relationships across the enterprise

Speak at Leadership meetings as needed to support Experience strategy
  • Exhibit strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Role model strong adherence to the sales process and use of Salesforce.com as a critical business tool
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape

Qualifications

10+ years of relationship management and business development experience in the Healthcare vertical
  • Previous experience working large, complex health systems is required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, budgeting, business development and sales
  • Demonstrated solid leadership qualities and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree

The expected salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $185,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
