This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager located in Newport, RI. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail operation including staff and inventory management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in retail management, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management or a related field
2+ years of experience in retail management or as an assistant manager
Demonstrated experience in staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
Proven ability to identify and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and provide leadership to various departments within the company
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
