This role is Scrum Master/Project Manager supporting the Actuarial team.
The SM function will provide support to our Klondike Agile team to include preparation for governance review (Steering/Operating Committee, Portfolio), team risk/issue management, financial governance and establishing metrics.
Manage project financials supporting multiple workstreams/teams to include estimates, change orders and forecast.
Partner with varied stakeholders across multiple workstreams to align on scope, delivery schedule, risks and issues.
Knowledge, Skill & Competency Requirements:
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies to include SAFE and hybrid models.
Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels within the organization, with emphasis on senior leaders, while operating in an ambiguous environment.
Experienced in formal techniques of risk management.
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience in Change Management
Education & Experience:
10+ years of experience managing and delivering successful IT projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Life Insurance and annuity experience as well familiarity with actuarial department or systems is preferred.
Technical acumen with a complex test environment framework, driving continuous improvement and innovative solutions facilitating senior leader engagement.
