Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining computing infrastructure, operating systems and/or middleware products on all computer platforms including mainframes, workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of 24 X 7 business processes.
Evaluate, implement and modify operating system software parameters and/or product solutions for optimum performance.
Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms.
Provide L2 support for day to day production issues, try to identify the root case of the tickets and resolve with a permanent fix to reduce the volume of support tickets, available on the call to fix any P1 and P2 tickets triage calls
